FIFA World Cup ignites the world like nothing else.

People around the world aren’t just watching the matches though, they’re actively participating. The diehards. The occasionals and casuals. Each fan is locked in to help their team win. How, you may ask? Through tried and true rituals. In our campaign, we show how VISA empowers fans in their superstitions and rituals to BE THE REASON their teams win at the World Cup.

We made some fun shorts that dove into the quirky yet passionate ways that fans use VISA to help their team win at the World Cup.

TIK TOK CHALLENGE

The challenge calls on fans to Be The Reason their chosen country wins by sharing a ritual in support of their participation in the FIFA World Cup 2022 — creating an uplifting thread of fan-powered rituals from around the world.
