This one is special to me. Making sure there are accurate portrayals of Black life on screen is the main reason I got into advertising. In this film and campaign from P&G, we challenge bias created by stereotypes in the film and media industries. Additionally, we created opportunities for Black filmmakers to tell their own authentic stories.

BTS CONTENT SERIES

We created a content series to show how the film was written, produced, directed, and created by a majority Black team, setting the standard for the industry.

TIK TOK CHALLENGE

#WidenTheScreen was a challenge that asked Black creators to show how they can widen the screen through their own creative lens. Black makeup artists, animators, designers, photographers, filmmakers, and musicians on TikTok uploaded their video and got to be added to a network where they can be hired by P&G's creative and media partners for work on future projects.
